Last year, I had the fantastic opportunity to develop the branding and website design for the Young Carer Wellbeing Hub (the hub). The hub launched in February 2025 as a project under the nonprofit organisation, Little Dreamers Australia. Little Dreamers' mission is to support young carers aged 4 to 25 who provide unpaid support for a family member affected by disability, chronic or mental illness, addiction or conditions related to ageing. The hub was born to address the exacerbated responsibilities put on young people and the lack of mental health and well-being support. As a welcoming community space designed to support young carers, it is located in St Kilda and provides the specialised psychological wellbeing support they deserve.
